Good morning Jackie,

I have a 2 ½ year old son, that has tested me to no end. I feel like I’m going to have a nervous breakdown any minute, and I’m crying while I’m writing this! This last weekend sent me overboard testing every limit he could! Last night, as I was disciplining him, he was looking at me, and I started crying cause I feel like that’s all I do. We are constantly putting him in timeout, telling him to apologize to sister for hitting her, spitting at her, taking stuff from her etc. He’s naughty with kids at the sitter,  he’s getting into stuff he’s not supposed to while looking at you with a little smirk on his face, etc. I’ve been told this is typical 2 year old boy, but I don’t know what to do! I don’t want to ignore his behavior and make him think what he’s doing is ok, but I don’t want to be constantly yelling at him all the time either and making him spend most of the day in timeout! I’m a new mommy, and don’t know what to do or where to start! Please mommies help!!!!!!!!
