MILEY, BIEBER: Getting Bombed in Charleston

Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber will be blowing up big time in Charleston, South Carolina on Saturday night -- thanks to a minor league baseball team that wants to destroy their albums in one heck of an explosion.

The Charleston RiverDogs are staging an event called Disco Demolition 2, a sequel of sorts to the 1979 original -- in which the Chicago White Sox collected thousands of disco records for mass destruction at their stadium. That didn't work out too well, since fans ran wild and caused the home team to forfeit the second game of a double-header -- not a possibility here, since there's just one game scheduled.

The team issued a press release saying, "Like so many, we have taken special exception to Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus's music along with his numerous run-ins with the law and her controversial performances. This is dedicated to the eradication of their dread musical disease, like the original Disco Demolition attempted to do. We are going to take Bieber and Cyrus's merchandise and memorabilia, put it in a giant box and blow it to smithereens. It is all in good fun."

Kevin has been charged with felony possession and is due to be arraigned today (Wednesday).

JENNIFER LOPEZ: Taking It to the Maks?

Dancing With the Stars hunk Maksim Chernovskiy insists he isn't hooking up with Jennifer Lopez -- although he sounds like he's leaving the door open just a crack.

Maks tried to dispel the hot-and-heavy rumors in a chat with New York's Daily News, saying, “With the Jennifer thing, look, we’re friends and…we’re friends. This is it. This is where it ends -- pretty much.“ He didn't elaborate on that last part.

But Maks adds that even if they were looking to couple up, the tabloids might be enough to dissuade them. "I now understand why Hollywood is such a difficult place to have a good relationship in: because there’s all these interferences. Two people have to be so strong -- and notice I didn’t say ‘in love.’ They have to be in love, but trust me, there’ve been situations when two people have been really in love, and all of this gets in the way and it completely ruins it.”

JILLIAN MICHAELS: Losing Loser to Gain Friends

Jillian Michaels helped a lot of folks drop pounds in 10 seasons of The Biggest Loser, but she says she had to quit the show because she was starting to feel like a loser herself.

Jillian tells People magazine that her image on the popular series had changed in a way she hated. She says, "Millions of people have this warped negative perception of me. In the beginning of the show it was tough love. You saw the tough and you saw the love, [but lately] you saw none of the relationships, none of the bonds that I build with my clients."

This is the second time that Jillian has quit the show. Several years ago, she left so that she and her partner Heidi Rhodes could start a family.

Scandal star Scott Foley and wife Marika Dominczyk have announced that they're expecting their third child later this year. Their family already includes two-year-old son Keller and four-year-old daughter Malina.

Wonder Years-star-turned brainiac author Danica McKellar and her lawyer boyfriendScott Sveslosky have announced their engagement.

Chace Crawford has split with his model-actress girlfriend Rachelle Goulding after a year of dating.

Jennifer Aniston is set to enter the beauty market with a new perfume called J by Jennifer Aniston -- which she says is inspired by the ocean. Sounds a lot like that Kramer-meets-Calvin Klein episode of Seinfeld.

The Big Bang Theory: Stars Hold Out for Bigger Paychecks

The TV production season is just beginning to get underway, for premieres in September, but the lights are off on the set of The Big Bang Theory. The entire cast is holding out for bigger paychecks.

Insiders say CBS is offering significantly less than what Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, and Kaley Cuoco are asking. Last season, the trio earned around $350,000 per episode per person, but those salaries could triple.

Negotiations are basically stalled. Without a contract, these actors will not be showing up to work. At this stage, it’s unclear when the new season will get under way for the most-watched comedy. Source: Deadline Hollywood

CHER: 2014 Tour Has Been a Complete Sell-Out

Cher hasn't shocked anyone by starring in one of 2014's most successful tours -- and not just among classic pop and rock artists. But you'd probably be surprised at just how big a seller she's been.

According to Billboard, the 49 shows -- every one a sellout -- so far in her Dressed to Killtour have drawn a combined audience of 610,812 people and sold $54.9 million worth of tickets. Pollstar -- which tallied shows through June 30th -- ranks her third, behind only retiring country star George Strait and Billy Joel.

Her biggest crowd came in northern New Jersey, just outside New York City. Cher's May 10th show at the Izod Center drew 14,893. Higher Las Vegas ticket prices mean that her May 25th performance at the MGM Grand Garden was the most lucrative, pulling in $1.75 million at the box office.

On hiatus for the summer, the Dressed to Kill tour resumes September 11th in Albany, New York.

MAGIC!: Work Some Chart Magic

Here's a Billboard chart story we haven't seen before -- Canadian reggae fusion quartet tops the Hot 100.

The group, of course, is Magic, and they've done it with their debut single, "Rude." To make the accomplishment even sweeter, they knocked a seven-week number-one song -- "Fancy" by Iggy Azalea featuring Charlie XCX -- out of the top spot.

Magic becomes both the first Canadian group and the first reggae artists in more than a decade to top the Hot 100. Nickelback's "How You Remind Me" was Canada's last chart-topper, in 2001, and Sean Paul, who reached the heights with "Get Busy" in 2003, was the last reggae act.

We call our listeners "The Six" because that's usually how many people are listening. Jackie and Tony are married ( each other), and Donnie is practically their 4th son. Jackie is a graduate of La Cueva High School, while Donnie was raised in the metropolis of Moriarty New Mexico. Tony moved here in 1997, and has been proud to call Albuquerque "home" ever since.
