Simon Cowell is finally speaking out about his relationship with Lauren Silverman. It’s no secret that she was married when they started dating. It’s also no secret that her husband, Andrew Silverman, was Simon’s friend. But now we’ll get some insight on how the former “X-Factor” star felt about it.

Cowell told The Mirror that while he regrets betraying his friend, he doesn’t regret his son, Eric. He said, “You have a baby and you look at the baby and you kinda go, ‘This is what happened from it.’ In this situation you are not going to come out of this well because of the circumstances.

Simon went on to say that he’s not proud of what he did and the pain his actions caused. But he said, “You have to deal with it and man up to it. You have to accept the responsibility and the criticism. All I can say is, my advice to you is if it happens to you, you just have to deal with it a day at a time and own up to your responsibilities.”

Considering how much we see of Miley Cyrus, it's easy to forget she's been in the public eye since she was a kid. In a new interview with "Elle" magazine, Cyrus talks about how her career on Disney helped her and how her break up with Liam Hemsworth isn't a big problem anymore.

"You know, I’m really thankful that I started on Disney," the former "Hannah Montana" star told the impossibly cool Tavi Gevinson, who conducted the interview for "Elle." "I got the most intense training. There’s times where I wish I could have just started as a new artist, but the world has kind of allowed me to do that. I feel really lucky -- a lot of kid stars get all crazy or stuck in what they were, so they can’t actually become what they’re meant to be." And what she was meant to be had nothing to do with Liam Hemsworth, although she admits it was hard at first.

"When I went through a really intense breakup -- you know, I was engaged -- and when I was with him or when I was on Disney, the thing that gave me the most anxiety was not knowing what to do with myself when Disney wasn’t there to carry me anymore or if I didn’t have him," she explained. "And now I’m free of both of those things, and I’m fine." Not only is she okay with the mouse and her ex, but she's actually happy with being by herself. "Like, I lay in bed at night by myself and I’m totally okay," she continued. "That’s so much stronger than the person three years ago, who would have thought they would have died if they didn’t have a boyfriend."

Selena Gomez isn’t the only celebrity who has a stalker. Apparently Hugh Jackman has one, too. In case you missed it, CBS New York says that Katherine Thurston was sentenced to six months in jail, ordered to stay away from him for eight years and given five months probation.

Apparently Katherine Thurston spent a year in the slammer because she couldn’t post bail. At her hearing on Monday, all she had to do was show the judge that she had a one-way ticket to California. Her attorney said she left yesterday.

Thurston -- who suffers from mental issues -- got locked up last year after she followed the “Wolverine” star to a gym in Greenwich Village. She tossed an electric razor filled with what was reported to be pubic hair at him and demanding that he marry her. She had been following Hugh for more than a year and had been spotted at his daughter’s school and near his home.

Taylor Swift is breaking records as she takes her "Red" tour to China.  She sold out her May 30th concert at the Mercedes Benz Arena in Shanghaiin just one minute.  The arena holds 18-thousand people, making "Red" the fastest sell-out in the country's history. Not bad for a show in the belly of a communist beast, no?

Not impressed? How about considering that Taylor also managed to sell out all of the other stops on her upcoming leg in Asia as well.

Miss Thang will be singing to packed houses at her concerts in Tokyo, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.  Taylor's "Red" tour made its mark in the U.S. as well.  She broke the record at Los Angeles' Staples Center last year, when she became the first solo artist to sell out eleven concerts at the venue.

The playoffs have started on “The Voice.” The way it works is that each contestant on a team will perform a song of their choosing. Then the team leader will eliminated two and allow three to go on.

It was all about Blake Shelton’s team last night. After hearing all of his singers, he sent Ryan Whyte Maloney and Madilyn Paige home. That meant he advanced Audra McLaughlin, Jake Worthington, and Sisaundra Lewis to the live shows.

The playoffs will continue next week on “The Voice.”
