A chemical used in yellow dye that’s commonly used to color fabric has been found in certain articles of clothing – despite being banned since 1979.

Environmental scientists have found that the chemical, called PCB 11, is out there and has the potential to cause cancer and damage the immune system, reproductive function, and neurological system – among other problems.

If you have any new yellow-printed clothing, wash it a few times in hot water before wearing it or putting it on your kids.

Better to be safe than sorry. (Yahoo Shine)
