Study: People Eat The Same Things For Dinner Over And Over

Humans are creatures of habit, so it’s no surprise that we eat the same foods over and over. A new study by McCain shows that six-in-10 people eat the same thing for dinner up to four times a week. Lack of planning and being tired are the main reasons people start chowing down on the same dinners beginning midweek. Nearly half of the people asked have no clue what they will eat after getting home from work. The pattern is convenient and the food is quick to make. So, if you are one that eats the same thing over and over but don’t want to, think about meal planning.
