5 Costco Desserts To Serve This Thanksgiving With No Baking Required

If you want to serve desserts to your friends and family on Thanksgiving, but don’t have the time or inclination to bake or prepare your own, Costco has five options that don’t require any baking at all. Here’s a list of what you can grab at your local warehouse and make everyone happy!

  • Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Cheesecake with Whipped Topping – this features a pumpkin cheesecake filling on top of a graham cracker crust along with graham cracker crumbles and a pumpkin-spiced whipped topping. The filling includes sour cream, so this is a tasty, rich dessert option for everyone.
  • Kirkland Signature Chocolate Mousse Desserts – these are Belgian-made treats with a crumbly chocolate base, thick layer of chocolate mousse, and chocolate ganache on top. They come in pre-portioned sizes to make it easy to display and serve to guests.
  • Kirkland Signature Apple Pie – there are several Costco apple pie options including a classic pie with double crust, one with a lattice crust and an Apple Berry Pie that mixes in strawberries and raspberries. Redditors prefer the double crust version, but any of them should fill the bill.
  • Crème Brûlée Bar Cake – this is a new item from Costco and features layers of vanilla sponge cake, custard filling, and a crunchy sugar layer on the bottom.
  • Kirkland Signature Pumpkin Pie – pumpkin pie is the most popular pie for Thanksgiving, and Costco’s version weighs in at more than three and a half pounds at 58 ounces, and sells for only $5.99. If you have some pie left over, you can always make pumpkin pie cups, mini pies with whipped cream, or chocolate-covered pumpkin bites.

You have plenty of options for your desserts with any of these choices at Costco if you’re short on time, or don’t feel like baking this Thanksgiving.
