Hilary Duff’s daughter, Banks Violet Bair, had an extra snack on her plate this Thanksgiving.
Following Thursday’s (November 28) Thanksgiving feast, the Lizzie McGuire actress posted the cutest family photo with fiance Matthew Koma and her two children — 7-year-old Luca Cruz, whom she shares with ex-husband Mike Comie, and the soon-to-be married couple’s 1-year-old baby girl, who apparently had a side of dirt with her meal. Hilary revealed her daughter’s mud-covered mouth in the snapshot along with the lighthearted caption, “HAPPY THANKSGIVING. Banks just ate dirt.”
Looking at the comments, fans were equally as amused by the funny photo as we were. “All little dirt never hurt ha ha. It happened. My 18 month old puts everything in her mouth. I'm always taking something out of her mouth,” wrote one user, as another commented: “This is a Gap ad. You all look so happy!”
Duff previously shared that her second child “loves germs,” as shown in the series of home video clips she shared over the summer of Banks taking a particular interest in her mommy’s green juices and their dog’s water bowl. “What do you see? You see my green juice!” Duff says to Banks in the Instagram Story while watching her daughter explore their home. “You just put your hand in dirt and now you just put your dirt hand in my green juice!” she added as Banks takes to splashing around in their pet's pan.
