Boar's Head is expanding its recall of deli meats linked to a listeria outbreak to include another 35-hundred tons of poultry products and ready-to-eat meat. That's in addition to 103 tons recalled last week. At least 34 people have gotten sick in 13 states, including two deaths. Signs of a listeria infection include fever, headache, nausea, and muscle aches. The recall includes 71 products that were made between May 10th and July 29th, with sell-by dates ranging from July 29th to October 17th. Some stores like Harris Teeter and Stop & Shop have closed their deli counters to deep clean and sanitize the areas.
