More People Are Dining Out Solo

The stigma of dining out alone is being kicked to the curb thanks to the younger generations. Restaurant booking platform OpenTable has seen solo dining reservations increase by eight-percent in the last year. Their June survey found that 60-percent had dined alone in the past year, including 68-percent of Gen Z and Millennial respondents. A record 30-percent of Americans live alone and eateries are starting to take notice. So, when you feel like avoiding the kitchen and you are by yourself, take the bold step of eating out!
