New Mexico Man Makes Bomb Threat To get Girlfriend Out of Work

In Lovington New Mexico, Aaron Gutierrez is facing charges after he made a bomb threat at a Family Dollar store, so his girlfriend could get off work early.

The 26-year-old man was arrested Monday after police obtained phone records through search warrants.

According to investigators he made the threat so he could get his girlfriend off work early so he could spend time with her. If charged, he could faces 18 months in jail.
