Dear Donnie,

I work for a Fortune 500 company, in a position that has me traveling quite a bit. I am very fortunate to be in this position, and to have a great team that I travel with. One of the members of my team also happens to be one of my best friends. I was even best man at his wedding. A few months ago, on one of our trips, I was heading back to my hotel room after my early morning run. As I was passing his room, I saw this man leaving his room. I was curious, but just let it go. Since then, this has happened a few more times. During our last trip, i received a call  from the front desk at 2am, telling me he was caught by hotel security in the hotel sauna in a very compromising position. The police were called. I had to do some heavy talking, and was able to have charges dropped. I sent him home immediately, since the hotel banned him. As you can imagine, I was furious. It turned out, he's been using Grinder  to meet guys whenever we traveled out of state. All I could think about is his poor wife. His deception to not only her, but myself was unforgivable.  I wanted to fire him, but since he wasn't charged, I can only write him up. I was able to transfer him from my team.  I've seen this couple a few times since this happened. He had promised to tell his wife. But, he hasn't. It makes me sick to be around him. Should I tell her, knowing how devoted she is to him? She's the type that would totally believe anything he says. Or should I just cut my losses by not saying a word and cutting them out of my life?
