JENNIFER LAWRENCE: Taking Two-Year Break

Sick of Jennifer Lawrence? The hard-working actress has your back.

While promoting her new movie, Mother!, on the Today show, the actress said she's taking two-year break from acting.

The star doesn't have any plans how she’ll spend her time off, but she does have one thought. “Start making pots,” she joked.

Still, J-Law isn't disappearing completely. A trailer just dropped of her next movie, Red Sparrow, and she'll be back in the spotlight soon promoting next year’s X-Men: Dark Phoenix. She ended the interview by quipping, “I’ll see you in six months.”

FERGIE: Dutchess Loses Her Duke

Just weeks after announcing the good news that she'd be releasing her first solo album in a decade, Fergie broke the bad news -- she's getting a divorce.

The former Black Eyed Peas singer and hubby Josh Duhamel issued a statement saying, "With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year. To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public."

The couple, who celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary in January, have one son, four-year-old Axl. (People)

Jennifer Lawrence is no match for Pennywise. The killer clown movie It is sure to be the most popular for the second straight weekend with revenue reaching 50 million dollars.

Lawrence stars in a psychological thriller called mother! It’s projected to take home around 12 million dollars in its debut.

The premiere this week at the Toronto International Film Festival left crowds polarized. It’s either genius or stupid. Critics are guessing Jennifer is on her way to a fifth Oscar nomination. While Entertainment Weekly writer Dana Schwartz tweeted the movie is so dreadful, (quote) “It makes a pretty compelling case for why Jennifer Lawrence should not be dating director Darren Aronofsky.”

Teen Wolf actor Dylan O’Brien, also of the Running Mazefranchise, stars in American Assassin. There’s a solid chance it could earn more than Jennifer Lawrence’s mother! (Box Office Mojo)

On the horizon, the long-awaited sequel to Blade Runner, with Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford, is on pace toward a 40 million dollar debut the first weekend in October. (Hollywood Reporter)

I'm in good hands with the very best doctors. I'm devastated that I'm not well enough to come to Rock in Rio. I would do anything for you, but I have to take care of my body right now."

The Mother Monster recently revealed that she suffers from fibromyalgia, a painful illness that causes muscle pain, extreme fatigue and insomnia.

SAM SMITH: Being Dumped Delayed Album

Sam Smith told Elton John that he almost felt like he wanted to quit making music after a bad breakup.

The two stars spoke for an article in Attitude magazine, and Smith revealed that his upcoming album was delayed due to the split. Smith explained, "There was a period, when making the record, that I was in a really bad place. I got dumped, which wasn’t very nice. Writing music about that kind of thing is normally like therapy for me, but when I got dumped this time 'round, I just couldn’t write for about two months."

He says he just needed a swift kick in the rear end. "My team had to force me to get into the studio, because I almost felt as if I didn’t want to do it anymore. So, there were moments on there where it got a bit intense and I started to lose myself."
