KEVIN HART: Stripper Calls Press Conference

The woman at the center of the Kevin Hart sex scandal scheduled a press conference for this morning.

High-powered lawyer Lisa Bloom represents Montia Sabbag, who reportedly gets kinky with the comic in the homemade video worth millions. Montia has been described as a stripper. Her attorney calls her an “actress and model.”

Lisa Bloom told People magazine, (quote) “Sabbag was briefly involved with Kevin Hart a month ago. Since that time, she has been the subject of false, vicious attacks on her character. She will speak out about the true facts of this situation, and will announce our next legal move.”

The FBI would also like to know the “true facts.” They believe Montia Sabbag is linked to a crime syndicate that attempted to extort 10 million dollars from Kevin Hart.

TMZ obtained surveillance camera images from August 19 of Kevin flirting with Montia in the Marquee Nightclub.

HALLE BERRY: Instagram Official With Alex Da Kid

Congratulations to Halle Berry. The 51-year-old actress made it “Instagram official” with her latest boy-toy.

Halle posted an adorable photo with music producer Alex Da Kid, who embraces her from behind. She captioned it “My balance.” He tweeted the same image yesterday.

Alex Da Kid was in he recording studio with Imagine Dragonswhen they made their hits “Radioactive” and “Thunder.” He’s also worked with Rihanna, Eminem and X Ambassadors.

On Monday night, the pair connected in his hometown of London for the world premiere of The Kingsman: The Golden Circle. It arrives this weekend. Halle’s character has a cutesy name: Ginger Ale. (Entertainment Tonight)

JADA PINKETT SMITH: I'm No Scientologist

Jada Pinkett Smith wants the world to know she's no Scientologist.

The actress made the admission after outspoken ex-Scientology member Leah Remini claimed in an interview with The Daily Beast that Jada was also part of the controversial church.

Jada tweeted, "I have studied Dianetics, and appreciate the merits of Study Tech… but I am not a Scientologist."

She added, “I recently lit Shabbat candles with Rabbi Bentley at Temple Sinai… but I am not Jewish. I have prayed in mosques all around the world… but I am not Muslim. I have read the Bhagavad Gita… but I am not a Hindu. I have chanted and meditated in some of the most magnificent temples on earth… but I am not a Buddhist.”

In that interview, Leah Remini said, “I know Jada’s in. I know Jada’s in. She’s been in Scientology a long time.” But she added that she “never saw” Jada’s husband Will Smithat the Scientology Celebrity Center. (Page Six)

BILLY BUSH: Splits With Wife

Billy Bush and his wife Sydney Davis have split after 20 years.

A rep for the former Today co-host tells TMZ that the couple are "separated for the moment to evaluate their life together. They love each other and their children deeply and are committed to a bright future." Billy and Sydney have three children together.

Billy was last in the news in 2016 when a video surfaced of Donald Trump engaging in some "locker room talk" with the TV personality. That led to Billy losing his Today show gig. He hasn't been on the air since.

AVRIL LAVIGNE: Most Dangerous Celebrity on the Internet

Avril Lavigne has been named the most dangerous celebrity on the Internet by Cybersecurity firm McAfee.

Searches for the singer's name have a 14.5 percent chance of taking web surfers to a page containing viruses or malware. The threat increases to 22 percent if the search is for "Avril Lavigne" and "free MP3." Second on the list of dangerous celebs is Bruno Mars, followed by Carly Rae Jepsen, Zayn Malik and Celine Dion. 

Last year, Amy Schumer was named the most dangerous celebrity on the Internet. (Daily Mail)

KESHA: Loose Lips on the Strip

Kesha hit the jackpot in Las Vegas on Saturday, earning a standing ovation for an F-bomb-filled speech that seemed to take aim at her accused rapist, Dr. Luke.

While she didn't name names, the "Praying" singer left little doubt who she was addressing when she stopped "You Don't Own Me" to say, "Nobody owns you." TMZ reports that the crowd erupted in cheers, and she continued, “No one can ever own you no matter what they say, no matter what they do. Because to truly own you means they can take away your happiness, and do not ever let some other [bleeper] take away your happiness!"

Kesha takes the stage on Saturday as part of the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Vegas.

EMPIRE: Sneak Peek at Season 4

Last season of Empire ended with a very big bang, and as season four kicks off, the show isn’t slowing down one bit.

Though it should be a time of celebration for the Lyon family, since Empire Entertainment is celebrating its 20th anniversary, things are anything but happy. After miraculously surviving a car bomb attack -- only to awake from a coma with apparently no memory of his family -- patriarch Lucious (Terrence Howard) is embarking on a long road to recovery. The entire family is invested in his recovery -- but for their own personal interests. Now they must also contend with Claudia (Demi Moore), the nurse who is assisting Lucious in his recovery and whose motives definitely cannot be trusted. Meanwhile Cookie (Taraji P. Henson) starts revisiting the 17 years she spent in prison in a series of intense flashbacks. 

As always, season four of Empire will be filled with some incredible and exciting new music, as well as guest appearances from Phylicia Rashad, Demi Moore, Taye Diggs and Forest Whitaker. Rachel Bilson (Hart of Dixie) and Hayden Christensen (Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith) have split after 10 years, Us Weekly reports. The couple have a nearly three-year-old daughter named Briar Rose.

HBO has renewed The Deuce, starring James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal, for a second season. The series, about the porn industry in the '70s, debuted on September 10th.

TERMINATOR: Linda Hamilton Reunites With Ex-Husband

The original creative team of the Terminator franchise is reuniting. Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back-- and Linda Hamilton slips back into the iconic role of Sarah Connor.

Her ex-husband, director James Cameron, announced last night at a private party, (quote) “As meaningful as she was to gender and action stars everywhere back then, it’s going to make a huge statement to have that seasoned warrior that she’s become return."

The Deadpool director will take the reigns with Cameron as an adviser. (The Hollywood Reporter)
