DANCING WITH THE STARS: Maksim and Vanessa Lachey Feuding
Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his Dancing With the Stars partner Vanessa Lachey are apparently not in step with each other.
The two are said to be feuding, and things got so bad that Maksim decided to sit out Monday night's episode. A source tells People magazine, “They’ve been bickering since week one and he finally just had enough of it.” Co-host Erin Andrews told the audience that Maksim was absent due to “a personal issue.”
It won't be an issue for long if the two can't reconcile. The insider adds, "They definitely will want him and Vanessa to play nice for the camera, but I wouldn’t expect them to last long if they don’t find a way to actually work together.”
NAYA RIVERA: Calls Off Divorce From Estranged Husband
Naya Rivera is calling off her divorce from Ryan Dorsey.
According to Us Magazine, the Glee alum dismissed her petition last week, a year after filing for divorce. Still, it’s not known if the two have reconciled.
The duo, who have a young son, split in November 2016 after two years of marriage.
ROMAN POLANSKI: Accused of Another Rape
Roman Polanski has been leveled with another rape allegation.
According to The New York Times, Renate Langer, a 61-year-old former German actress, has reported to the Swiss police that the director assaulted her in February 1972, when she was 15.
Switzerland has eliminated its statute of limitations on child sex abuse cases.
Langer is the fourth woman to accuse Polanski of raping her when she was a teen.
Polanski pleaded guilty in 1977 to unlawful sex with Samantha Geimer when she was 13, but he fled the U.S. before his sentencing. He's been living in exile ever since.

SAM SMITH: Dating 13 Reasons Why Actor
Singer Sam Smith has a new lover. On Sunday, they were walking hand-in-hand in New York City’s Greenwich Village. Kissing out in public for the paparazzi to snap some pix. Monday night, they went out for a cozy dinner date.
The New York Post called it a “blossoming new romance.” The new guy is Brandon Flynn, one of the stars in the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why.
Brandon played the drug-addicted basketball player named Justin. Fans of the show might remember Justin was Hannah Baker’s first kiss. At the end of the of the first season, Justin left town in disgrace with a gun in hand.

IMAGINE DRAGONS, KILLERS: Vegas Bands Respond to Attack
Members of the some of the best-known Las Vegas rock bands have shared thoughts -- and information -- on Sunday's attack that killed 59 concert-goers in their hometown.
On Monday, Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds posted a photo of himself with his wife and two young daughters, with the caption, "Holding onto these girls a little tighter today." Today (Tuesday), Reynolds, who is now on the road after kicking off a tour with the band Friday in Vegas, tweeted, "I am devastated. It hurts to not be home with friends and loved ones at this time. I wish I could be there to help in some way Vegas." He followed it with another: "My heart goes out to the victims and their families. Some were Vegas natives. Sending you all my love at this time."
The Killers, who recently completed a few Australian dates, kept things short in a band tweet on Monday, writing, "We've got heavy hearts. We love you, Las Vegas."
Panic at the Disco frontman Brendon Urie wrote on Instagram, "I am a Las Vegas boy, so this one feels even more personal. I love you, Las Vegas. I will never understand what brings someone to take another human being's life. But what gives me hope are the amazing people who amidst chaos and evil, chose to be kind and helpful. This proves that love prevails." Urie also directed his followers to a GoFundMe site for victims of the shooting.
Las Vegas-based metal band Five Finger Death Punch didn't share any personal thoughts, but re-tweeted a call from the Mandalay Bay Hotel for certified trauma counselors and also the police department's hotline number for families looking to locate missing loved ones.
SELENA GOMEZ: Documenting Her Recovery
Selena Gomez kept quiet about having a kidney transplant earlier this year, but she apparently documented the entire saga for a film that will come out next year.
A source close to Selena tells In Touch Weekly that she wants to bring attention to lupus, the illness that forced her to get the transplant, and thinks the documentary is the best way to do that. The insider says, “Selena will talk about her journey, give viewers insight into lupus and clear up any misunderstandings. Since having the transplant, Selena’s a changed woman and appreciates how lucky she is. The whole experience has been life-changing."
CHAINSMOKERS: Healing Las Vegas
The Chainsmokers are known for making light-hearted, party-all-the-time music, but they paused for a serious moment after Sunday's mass shooting in Las Vegas.
They spend a lot of time playing the city's clubs, and as they said in a lengthy Instagrampost, "consider it a second home." In a heartfelt letter to the people there, they wrote, "We are totally at a loss for words. The only solace at the moment is reading about the stories of bravery certain individuals showed to each other while the chaos transpired and the incredible response of people around the country. We hope this leads our country to some real reflection about our laws and how we can come together as people and find a way to never let this happen again."
