JAMES FRANCO: Scrutinized for Sexual Harassment

A former girlfriend accused Golden Globe winner James Franco of sexual misconduct.

Violet Paley  tweeted on Sunday (quote) “Cute #TimesUp pin, James Franco. Remember the time you pushed my head down in a car towards your exposed [peen]? And that other time you told my friend to come to your hotel when she was 17?”

Last night, James Franco appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. He sorta denied the accusation. (quote) “The things I heard are not accurate.” He also defended wearing the Times Up pin at the Golden Globes because he supports women raising their voice against mistreatment in Hollywood.

Yesterday, Paley contradicted Franco in a tweet, (quote) “A couple weeks ago, James offered me an overdue, annoyed, convenient phone ‘apology.’ I don’t accept.”

This is not the first time Franco’s been caught with his pants down. Four years ago, Franco made a booty call to an underage Australian girl. When she expressed her excitement at sharing details with her friends, Franco texted back in all-caps, (quote) “DON’T TELL!”

Then there’s Ally Sheedy, who deleted the allegation she quit showbiz because of Franco’s behavior. He told Colbert last night that he couldn’t remember what he might have done to Sheedy.  (The Hollywood Reporter)

MARK WAHLBERG: Under #TimesUp Microscope

Mark Wahlberg is under the microscope for Hollywood’s gender pay gap.

He earned 1.5 million dollars while a co-star got pennies re-shooting scenes of All the Money in the World. That’s the movie that once starred Kevin Spacey, then Christopher Plummerreplaced him only weeks before the film’s release.

The other star of the movie, Michelle Williams was paid just $80 daily. Her final paycheck totaled less than one-grand.

His team secretly negotiated the terms without telling Williams. Remarkably, the same Hollywood agency represents both actors.

Director Ridley Scott misled Michelle Williams by publicly declaring back in November that the actors, “all of them, everyone did it for nothing. They all came in free.” (USA Today)

O.J. SIMPSON: I Did Not Father Khloe Kardashian

O.J. Simpson laid the rumor to rest: He did not father Khloe Kardashian.

Therefore he’s not the grandfather to the first child she’s expecting in 3 months.

TMZ posted a video taken by a paparazzi congratulating O.J. on his impending grandfatherhood. It happened right in front of O.J’s 32-year-old daughter, Sydney.

O.J. laughed off the question, then added (quote) “I don't think for me I have nothing to do with it. I would be proud ... but trust me, I had nothing to do with it.”

For years there’s been speculation about Khloe because she looks different from her sisters and is much taller. Even the sisters have pondered the question on the reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians. (TMZ)

MICHAEL DOUGLAS: Preemptively Denies Accusations

Michael Douglas “felt the need to get ahead” of a brewing story. A former employee is going to claim the legendary actor pleasured himself in front of her.

Douglas told Deadline Hollywood, (quote) “This is a complete lie, fabrication, no truth to it whatsoever.”

He’d been contacted by journalists before the holidays. They wanted his comments on the allegations. It's not just the sexually inappropriate behavior but also claims of “colorful language” and “blackballing” the woman from future Hollywood jobs.

Douglas said, (quote) “I tried to think to reach back 30 plus years to try to remember. I am sorry if I used coarse language with my friends. But this is really debilitating. It can have a large effect on my career.”

BAM MARGERA: Heading to Rehab

Bam Margera is heading to rehab, but not before he takes care of some business first.

His mother, April Margera, tells TMZ the "plan is for him to head to a California rehab facility Friday, after he fulfills the commitment he made to shoot a TV show on Wednesday and Thursday."

The Jackass star was arrested for DUI on Sunday morning.

RUSSELL SIMMONS: Two More Accusers

TMZ reported Tuesday that two more women have filed police reports with the NYPD alleging that Russell Simmons raped them in 1983 and 1991, respectively.

Sherri Hines alleges that Russell raped her at his office in the '83. The second accuser, who remains anonymous, states in her police report that Russell raped her at his Manhattan apartment after they had gone on a date. She was allegedly 32 at the time and the documents explain how Russell tried taking off her dress while they were sitting on his couch, after she said no, he forced her down and raped her.

With these two new allegations, 15 women have claimed Simmons sexually abused them. So far Russell has continued to maintain his innocence.

MEGHAN MARKLE: Deletes Social Media Accounts

Meghan Markle is done with social media as she prepares to become a royal.

The future princess deleted her Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts today (Tuesday).

Kensington Palace tells Us Weekly, “Ms. Markle is grateful to everyone who has followed her social media accounts over the years, however as she has not used them for some time, she has taken the decision to close them.”

None of the British royal family members have their own public social media accounts.

Meghan will marry Prince Harry at Windsor Castle on May 19th.

Judd Apatow will host the 70th annual Directors Guild of America Awards February 3rd in Los Angeles.

Roman Polanski won't be charged after a woman said he molested her in 1975 — when she was only 10 — because the caseis too old, Deadline reports. The Chinatown director fled the U.S. 40 years ago after being convicted of raping a 13-year-old girl and has not returned.

CÉLINE DION: Sore Throat Cancels Another Show

For the second time this week, Céline Dion was forced to cancel a show at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas.

The singer pulled out of last night's show as she recovers from a sore throat. A statement from Caesar's says "Her doctor has instructed her to take one more day of rest in order to fully recover." She's previously stated that she'd been under the weather since last week, but is expected to continue her Vegas residency on Friday.

LUKE BRYAN: Wishes He'd Auditioned for Idol

Luke Bryan landed in Nashville right about the time the original American Idolwas ramping up.

He says things might have been different for him if he'd had the opportunity to audition. "I just remember once I got my record deal…I was, like, 'Gosh, it would have been pretty awesome to have had the opportunity to try out and start with that platform.'"

Luke did pretty well for himself without going on the show.

The reboot of American Idol -- with Luke as one of the judges -- premieres on March 11th on ABC. (Rolling Stone)
