OPRAH: FaceTimes From Mudslides With Ellen

The mudslides devastated the gated community where Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres live.

On her show, Ellen FaceTimed Oprah, who is slumming it on her 40-acre property. The mudslides knocked out public utilities such as gas and running water. But do not fret for Oprah, her mansion has 14 bathrooms. She can live there two weeks before every toilet is soiled.

Firefighters on the scene described the devastation to Ellen. The mudslide was a football field wide and plowed through dozens of homes. Oprah’s mansion was spared because it sits on top of a knoll. Rescue efforts continue. People are still missing and firefighters are searching for bodies buried in the mud.

What Oprah didn’t discuss was Ellen’s home. They’re literally neighbors and share a fence. Though, if Ellen’s mansion is destroyed, she’s lucked out on the insurance claim. She closed on the property in December, but after only one monthly payment by Ellen, the insurance company could be looking at a multi-million dollar payout. (People)

HARVEY WEINSTEIN: Settles Divorce

Harvey Weinstein can put one legal battle behind him -- his divorce.

The disgraced producer and estranged wife Georgina Chapman have reached a settlement worth between $15 million and $20 million, according to Page Six. The couple had a pre-nup, but it seems Georgina got more than the contract stipulated.

She will also get primary custody of their two young children. Chapman left Weinstein in October following multiple allegations of sexual harassment and assault.

COREY FELDMAN: Accused of Sexual Battery

Corey Feldman has been going after child molesters in Hollywood, but now he's found himself on the other side of the fence.

According to TMZ, an unidentified woman walked into a police station Monday and filed a report claiming the actor grabbed her backside in early 2017. The LAPD's Robbery-Homicide Division will reportedly investigate.

Corey's rep says he "vehemently denies these egregious claims."

Last year, he launched a campaign to raise money for a movie about his life and the abuse he's experienced.

ED SHEERAN, TIM McGRAW: Copyright Infringement?

Two Australian songwriters sued Ed Sheeran, Tim McGrawand Faith Hill for ripping off their tune.

The opening piano chords of last year’s country duet “The Rest of Our Life” sound pretty familiar to the Australian’s song “When I Found You” released in 2014.

The lawsuit calls it “blatant copying, in many instances, verbatim, note-for-note copying of original elements of the song, and is obvious to the ordinary observer.”

Judge for yourself.  “When I Found You” versus “The Rest of Our Life” written by Ed Sheeran, Tim McGraw and his wife Faith Hill.  (The Hollywood Reporter)

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN: Blocking The Go-Go's?

Is Bruce Springsteen keeping The Go-Go's musical off Broadway? In a sense, yes.

You've likely heard of Head Over Heels, the jukebox musical with a score of hits such as "Our Lips Are Sealed" and "Vacation." After its April preview run in San Francisco, it was set to move into New York's Walter Kerr Theater.

But with Springsteen on Broadway doing sellout business in that venue and the Boss dropping hints he may extend the show beyond its planned late June closing, Head Over Heels is headed elsewhere.

The New York Post says the show will instead play at the Hudson Theater, whose current tenant, The Parisian Woman, is set to close on March 25th.
