Luann de Lesseps, star of The Real Housewives of New York, wants another day in court.
A month after pleading not guilty to all charges stemming from her drunk and disorderly arrest arrest, Luann has rejected a plea offer.

She faces five years in prison for the felony alone, if convicted.
After publicly apologizing for the incident, Luann checked into a rehab. (TMZ)
SCOTT BAIO: Another Charles in Charge Co-Star Accuses Him of Sexual Harassment
Charles in Charge star Alexander Polinsky accused Scott Baio of abuse and assault today (Wednesday) in a press conference. Hours later Baio denied the allegations in his own press conference.
The 57-year-old star, however, did not attend his press conference. Spokesman Brian Glicklich said the actor attended a school function with his wife and daughter instead. At the press conference, his attorney, Jennifer McGrath, said, “Scott denies every single claim of inappropriate behavior. Almost every one of them can be refuted with evidence.” She called to end a “publicity charade” by Polinsky and Nicole Eggert, another Charles in Charge star.
In his press conference, Polinsky claimed Baio verbally harassing him on the set of their sitcom and would hurl homophobic slurs at him. Polinsky, now 43, also said Baio once pulled down Polinsky's pants in front of the cast and crew and once cut a hole in the wall of his dressing room and exposed his genitals to him.

Actor Luke Wilson was indirectly involved in a fatal car crash last night (Tuesday) in California.
Wilson was driving a Toyota SUV when a speeding Ferrari clipped the front of his car and then slammed into a BMW. The driver of the Ferrari was killed. His passenger, who happened to be pro-golfer Bill Haas, was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. His father, former pro-golfer Jay Haas, says Bill was released from the hospital early this morning and is expected to make a full recovery. The driver of the BMW, a 50-year-old woman, was also injured and taken to the hospital. Her condition is unknown. Wilson was not seriously hurt. (Golf Digest)

SPICE GIRLS: Five Contracts Signed
The Spice Girls Reunion Tour is on!
TMZ reports this morning that Mel B signed the contract last Friday. The other women also signed on the dotted line. They will perform in the United States and England.
Last weekend, Victoria Posh declared (quote) “I’m not going on tour. The Spice Girls aren’t going on tour.” That now looks to be fake news, if TMZ has their facts right.
Their manager, Simon Fuller, must juggle the logistics of a tour with five mothers. This series of concerts will occur as the women’s schedule allows.
CAMILA CABELLO: Opening Act for Taylor Swift?
Camila Cabello will headline the Never Be the Same Tour starting in April.
Concert dates in North America run through the first week of May. The tour launches in Vancouver and works its way east for 16 shows.
Then in June, Camila Cabello performs four shows in Europe. Fans are convinced she will open for Taylor Swift.
Here's the reasoning: The Reputation Stadium Tour spins through England and Ireland the first two weeks of June. The exact same time Camila will be performing there. Conveniently, their shows don’t overlap, which would allow Camila to support Taylor.
Or vice versa! After all, Camila’s debut album is charting higher than Taylor right now. (Variety)
