STUDY: Sleeping With A "Snorer" Is Bad For You

If you share a bed with someone who saws logs all night long, it can make getting a good night's sleep nearly impossible. There's even more reason for your snorer to consider treatment for their loud sleeping other than your exhaustion, however. According to a new study out of London, sleeping next to a snorer can raise your blood pressure and end up being bad for your health.

Researchers say it's all about how loud the snoring actually is. The louder the snoring, the higher the blood pressure in the person hearing it. So, combine lack of sleep and high blood pressure and you've got a recipe for serious health problems. (Mommyish)
