In the texts, obtained by TMZ, Chloe pleads with Chris to talk to her and says, "I will always love you."
Chris makes it clear that he's done with her for cheating on him with a man named Sam, saying it's "the worst thing anyone has ever done to me." Chris claims she led him to believe she wanted to get back together after they broke up.
Sources tell TMZ that "it's hard to believe Chloe would try for months to get back with him if she was being emotionally and sexually abused, as she claimed last week."
Chris has denied her allegation of sexual abuse. Still, his AMC talk show was pulled from the schedule and he was forced to step away from hosting several Comic-Con panels. His hosting gig on NBC's The Wall is also in jeopardy.

KEVIN SPACEY: Producers Address Keeping Him in Billionaire Boys Club
Kevin Spacey was replaced in All the Money in the World last year following allegations of sexual misconduct. But the actor remains in the upcoming Billionaire Boys Club.
Vertical Entertainment, the production company behind the drama, has explained why they didn't give Christopher Plummer a call. In a statement to The Wrap, Vertical Entertainment said, “We hope these distressing allegations pertaining to one person’s behavior — that were not publicly known when the film was made almost 2.5 years ago — do not tarnish the release. We don’t condone sexual harassment on any level and we fully support victims of it. At the same time, this is neither an easy nor insensitive decision to release this film in theaters, but we believe in giving the cast, as well as hundreds of crew members who worked hard on the film, the chance to see their final product reach audiences.”
Vertical adds, “In the end, we hope audiences make up their own minds as to the reprehensible allegations of one person’s past, but not at the expense of the entire cast and crew present on this film.”
Billionaire Boys Club, about a group of young men who run a Ponzi scheme, stars Ansel Elgort, Taron Egerton, Emma Roberts and Rosanna Arquette. It hits video on demand on July 17th.
MIRANDA LAMBERT: Calls Out Social Media for Lying
Miranda Lambert has taken a shot at social media, saying it causes drama where there isn't any.
She tells Hits Daily Double, "With social media, it’s a whole other thing. And it’s such [nonsense]. I’m thankful for the drama of it all, because it gets sillier and sillier. They make up so many lies, no one can know the truth. The truth is it’s in my music if you listen close enough."
She keeps her own interactions on social media to a minimum. "I wanna have a conversation, hear about it, have real face-to-face conversations—and be interesting."
She recalls, "I took three months off all socials in 2015. I loved it. I read Willie Nelson’s It’s a Long Story and poetry. I wrote 75 songs in six months because I wasn’t using my mind staring at mindless [garbage]."
Miranda will join up with Little Big Town for their joint Bandwagon tour next month.
GOTTI: John Travolta Movie Claps Back at Bad Reviews
The Gotti movie is the worst reviewed movie of the year -- and the filmmakers aren't having it.
The John Travolta mobster bio-pic, which opened over the weekend, got a big fat zero rating on Rotten Tomatoes. This week, the official Twitter account for the movie slammed the critics, writing, "Audiences loved Gotti but critics don’t want you to see it… The question is why??? Trust the people and see it for yourself!"
An accompanying video claims: "Critics put out the hit. Who would you trust more? Yourself or a troll behind a keyboard?"
The audience did seem to enjoy Gotti more than the pros. The Rotten Tomatoes' Audience Score was 69 percent on Tuesday night.
In a statement, Rotten Tomatoes responded that the rating was legitimate. “We closely monitor our platforms and haven’t determined there to be any problems. All of the reviews were left by active accounts.”
KHLOÉ KARDASHIAN: Double Dates With Kendall Jenner
The night before, Khloé double-dated with Kendall Jennerand their NBA-playing boyfriends. They enjoyed dinner in Malibu before heading to West Hollywood. The sisters took a VIP booth at the Peppermint Club far from the stage where Dave Chappelle performed stand-up. (E! News)
Insiders say Kendall is the only sister who’s forgiven Tristan. The others still don’t trust him. They’re supportive of Khloé and her daughter, but refuse to get close to Tristan. They think, according to a family friend, that (quote) “Kendall hanging out with Tristan is effed up.”
Kendall sees it differently. Her sorta boyfriend Ben Simmons and Tristan are tight. And just as long as Khloé is happy, Kendall is happy for her. (Radar Online)
PAUL McCARTNEY: Breaking His Rule While Driving a Car?
Promos of Paul McCartney doing “Carpool Karaoke” this Thursday night with James Corden on The Late Late Show have hit the air.
The two are seen driving around Liverpool in a Range Rover singing The Beatles' “Drive My Car.”
The appearance is part of McCartney's promotional push for his new album, which is expected to be announced this week. We also hear that he'll release two new songs as early as Friday.
One thing to note about the clip -- unless the Range Rover has been outfitted with faux leather seats, then McCartney, a vegetarian and animal rights activist who is known to have a strict policy against leather, has broken one of his rules.
