JOE JACKSON: Michael's Father Near Death

Joe Jackson, the patriarch of the Jackson family, is reportedly near death and the family is said to be with him at the hospital.

TMZ reports that the father of Michael and Janet is losing his battle with cancer and living out his final days at a hospital. One source close to the family said the end could be just days away. The family has not issued a statement on his health.

On Sunday, a tweet sent from the 89-year-old's account read, "I have seen more sunsets than I have left to see. The sun rises when the time comes and whether you like it or not the sun sets when the time comes." His granddaughter, Paris Jackson, responded on Twitter saying, "This is a beautiful tweet. Though it upsets me to see whoever is in charge of this account taking advantage of it. My grandfather did not tweet this. I’m not sure if he’s ever used this account."

DEMI LOVATO: Feuds With Rehab Center

The rehab facility where Demi Lovato got sober six years ago has severed ties. Her contract with CAST Recovery Centers required she remain clean and sober.

KATHERINE HEIGL: Apologizes for Inappropriate Cemetery Selfies

Katherine Heigl might think twice the next time she takes a selfie in a graveyard.

The actress caught plenty of flak after taking inappropriate photos at a cemetery and posting them on Instagram.

Katherine, who was visiting the grave of her brother who died in a car accident at 16, posed in front of gravestones while grinning -- which had fans outraged.

She wrote, “It was not appropriate and it was disrespectful and I’ve taken it down. It’s kind of a heavy thing to go and visit my loved ones’ graves, and I decided to find some moments of levity and humor and didn’t realize how inappropriate I was being. I deeply apologize and I thank you guys for understanding that sometimes I don’t think things through clearly enough and I am grateful for your input and for giving me a heads up when I’m maybe going too far.”

She added, “Thank you for forgiving me. Next time I will be more thoughtful about other people’s feelings and not just my own.”
