Did you buy a "Pelvic Egg"? Then Gwyneth Paltrow owes you $$$

Monique Lhuillier Launch Party at goop pop Dallas

Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand Goop has reached a settlement over some unsubstantiated health claims they made on their site. The company has agreed to fork over $145,000 in a consumer case brought by California over the Jade Egg and Rose Quartz Egg, both of which are inserted into the vagina for sexual or positive energy, as well as the Inner Judge Flower Essence Blend, a liquid which claimed to fight depression. California state officials insisted the health claims associated with the products were bogus, although GOOP says they disagree with the suggestion but wanted to settle the case quickly .Goop has not received complaints about the product claims, it says, but will issue refunds to customers upon request. (You can contact Goop at customerservice@goop.com.)
