Companies That People Are Most Likely To Recommend

There’s no greater advertisement for a company than good word of mouth, with folks more likely to go to a store, or buy a product based on recommendation from friends and family. Well, some companies are more likely to get those recommendations, and a new report reveals which ones have a better shot at earning that positive review.

Temkin Group just came out with their “Net Promoter Score Benchmark Study, 2018" which asked 10,000 U.S. consumers the likelihood of them recommending a company to friends and family, based on a score of -100 to 100. The company most likely to get a recommendation is USAA banking, which earned a score of 65, with USAA’s insurance business, and Navy Federal Credit Union, not far behind with a score of 64.

 On the other end of the spectrum, is, well, Spectrum, with the TV/Internet provider landing a score of -16, with most of the lowest rated companies falling in the categories of TV/Internet provider or utilities.
