STUDY: This Bedtime Snack Can Help You Lose Weight

It’s pretty common knowledge that late night snacking doesn’t do your waistline any favors, but according to a new study, it turns out if you eat the right bedtime snacks you might actually be helping your weight loss efforts.

Researchers at Florida State University found that eating about 30 grams of protein, 30 minutes before bed can actually help boost your metabolism. The study participants ate cottage cheese between 30 and 60 minutes before bedtime and it actually worked. Too bad it wasn’t a more delicious cheese option … (Buzz 60)
