The Tumbleweed Snowman is BACK!

From KOB-TV: 

Placing the Tumbleweed Snowman near the I-40 is a tradition that dates back to 1995.

For most Albuquerque residents, it’s the unofficial kickoff to the holiday season.

Nolan Bennett, the field engineer for the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA), said the snowman is nearly 12-foot-tall and 8-feet in diameter.
