With all the people going dairy-free with their milk these days, Starbucks is making it easier for them with a couple of drinks made with plant-based milks. The coffee chain just added two non-dairy drinks to permanent menus: an Almondmilk Honey Flat White and a Coconutmilk Latte. A third beverage, the Oatmilk Honey Latte is also available, but only at select locations in the Midwest.
This is what you can expect from the latest additions:
- Almondmilk Honey Flat White- It combines shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso with steamed almond milk and a hint of honey.
- Coconutmilk Latte- Made with Starbucks Blonde Espresso with steamed coconut milk and topped with “a strike of Cascara sugar” to add “notes of dark brown sugar and maple.”
- Oatmilk Honey Latte- Oat milk is finally available at Starbucks, but only for those who live near one of the 1,300 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, and Wisconsin. This drink is made with shots of Starbucks Blonde Espresso, honey, steamed oat milk, and a toasted honey topping. Fingers crossed this beverage makes its way to the rest of the country soon.
