How do you feel about your boobs?Anew studyfinds that the majority of women (71%) aren’t happy with the size of their breasts and it turns out, this can put their health at risk. The research shows that women who are dissatisfied with their breasts are less likely to do self-exams, which means they might not detect the first signs of breast cancer.
The study from Anglia Ruskin University in the U.K. involved 18-thousand women from 40 countries and is the largest cross-cultural study to examine body image ever done. It found that only 29% of them report being “happy” with the size of their set. Nearly half (48%) want bigger boobs and 23% wish theirs were smaller, and both of these groups of women were also more likely to be unhappy with their weight and overall appearance.
