As businesses shut down across the nation, grocery stores are hiring in droves.
One of them is Kroger, which is putting out the call for 10-thousand workers. The grocery chain, which also owns Harris Teeter, Ralphs, Fry's and Food-4-Less, is hiring for stores, manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
Costco is another chain that’s hiring. If you’re looking for a job, there are plenty of openings as overnight stockers, cashiers, and more.
This comes as all supermarkets struggle to keep shelves stocked amid the coronavirus outbreak. Those interested can apply online and possibly get hired within a few days.
