University of Pennsylvania students have recreated their campus in Minecraft. Their online campus, dubbed “PennCraft” features dormitories built to scale as well as sculptures and food trucks. Even though the school sent everybody home, the seniors will virtually celebrate graduation in Minecraft.
One of the seniors lamented, (quote) “I didn’t have the chance to properly finish my senior bucket list. Say goodbye to my friends and teachers. It’s really sweet working on the [Minecraft] campus.”
Students across the country from school such as Chicago’s Northwestern University, University of Texas, Boston University, University of Minnesota and UCLA have built their own Minecraft campuses. (The Verge)
