When it comes to puppy love, Millennial men pamper their pooches more than Millennial women dog owners. A new survey by Volvo USA and Harris found that 39% of male Millennial pet owners buy organic pet food, compared to 29% of female Millennial pet owners and 27% of all pet owners.
The survey found that men are also more likely to take their pups to daycare and throw birthday parties for them. 30% of the men surveyed said they plan to have a birthday party for their furry friend compared to 17% of women.
Millennial women beat out Millennial men in one pet pampering category: Social media. Women are more than twice as likely as men to have a social media account dedicated to their pet. (People)
