CDC Clarifies Guideline On Coronavirus & Surfaces

2 days after the CDC said COVID-19, does not spread easily on surfaces" they are clarifying their wording saying it was confusing. The virus can be transmitted by touching a surface and then your nose, mouth or eyes. However the likelihood of getting the virus from a surface is much lower than person-to-person contact which is believed to be the primary way it is transmitted. The CDC still wants everyone to maintain a physical distance, wash hands and avoid touching your face. Also, wear a mask in a crowded place.
