Yankees to Give Zoom Lessons to Kids Deprived of Baseball Camp

New York Yankees players Mike Ford and David Hale are going to give Zoom lessons to the kids who were forced to miss the Rising Star Baseball Camp this summer because of the coronavirus,Page Sixreports. The players will give three Zoom tutorials to the campers, who, in a normal year, would receive them in person at the camp in New Rochelle, New York. The players plan to give lessons on pitching and hitting insights, as well as how to “stay motivated” during the pandemic. Camp coach Darren Gurney said, “In the absence of the boys’ ability to play, it is so important to continue to foster their love of the game and to encourage them to stay fit.
