A newstudyfrom the University of South Australia found that smiling triggers muscles in your face that can actually trick your brain into feeling more positive. “When your muscles say you’re happy, you’re more likely to see the world around you in a positive way,” said lead researcher Dr. Fernando Marmolejo-Ramos.
