Halloween is going to look a lot different this year. Trick or Treating will likely be canceled in most communities and most attractions that draw a huge crowd will be closed due to social distancing requirements. That doesn’t mean the fun is over, however.
The latest trend seems to be switching from in-person haunted attractions to drive-thru Halloween experiences. A drive-thru haunted attraction opened up in Japan on July 4th -- and it seems to have started a trend stateside.
Two drive-thru Halloween experiences have been scheduled to start in early October in Orlando, Florida, and Costa Mesa, California. Keep an eye out in your local town for this safe way to get a good scare! (Orlando Weekly,OC Register,Theme Park University)
