Take These Vitamins to Boost Your Immunity

We’re all doing everything we can these days to stay healthy and boost our immune systems. And according toDr. Anthony Fauci, there are two vitamins he recommends – and takes himself: vitamin D and vitamin C.

"If you're deficient in vitamin D, that does have an impact on your susceptibility to infection. I would not mind recommending -- and I do it myself -- taking vitamin D supplements," Dr. Fauci said during a recent Instagram Live interview with actressJennifer Garner.

He also recommended vitamin C in the interview. "The other vitamin that people take is vitamin C because it's a good antioxidant, so if people want to take a gram or two, at most, of vitamin C, that would be fine," he said. (Best Life)
