End of an era: Nintendo has discontinued the 3DS handheld

A part of your childhood is leaving for good.

Nintendo has announced that it has continued its Nintendo 3DS handheld console.

If you still have a 3DS, Nintendo announced that games will still be available in Nintendo eShop, Nintendo's website, or at retail stores.

The 3DS came out in 2010 and has sold over 75.7 million units and 383.1 million games over the years.
