Tattooed Man With Surgically Blackened Eyes Denied Teaching Job

 Sylvain Helaine's tattoos cost him a teaching job. The 35-year-old Frenchman says that he's been forced to stop teaching kindergarten in a suburb outside Paris because of his full-body tattoos and surgically blackened eyes. Reuters reports that he was told by school officials a couple months ago that he could no longer teach grade K after a 3-year-old, who did not have him as a teacher, saw him and started having nightmares. "All of my students and their parents were always cool with me because basically they knew me,” Helaine insists. “It’s only when people see me from far away that they can assume the worst.” The good news is, he can still teach kids aged 6 and up. “I’m a primary school teacher...
