Thanks to the craziness that has been 2020, there’s been so much to talk about. But what were the hot topics on Twitter? As expected, “quarantine” was talked about the most...1.6 million times and tweets with the word “home” rose by 143-percent.

Then there was social justice. The hashtag transrightsarehumanrights increased by 557% and the hashtag #Blacklivesmatter was the third most used in 2020. The announcement byChadwick Boseman’s official account was the most liked, retweeted, and quoted tweet in the U.S. for the year.
