With coronavirus forcing everyone to stay at home way more than they’d like, houses are predictably a lot messier. And with no one coming over, cleaning services suspended, and kids barely cleaning up after themselves, it’s no wonder!
If you had to guess which room in the house is, on average, the messiest, which would you pick?
According to a recent survey by furniture retailer Joybird, the living room takes the top spot as messiest with 22% of people complaining about how often they need to tidy it up. Not surprisingly, the kitchen comes in second, with over 21% of the vote. Considering how much more people are cooking, it makes sense. Rounding out third is the bedroom, and since we barely change out of our pajamas every day … who can honestly say they make the bed every morning? (House Beautiful)
