Are You Drinking Enough Water?


Amazingly, 75-percent of people are chronically dehydrated.

What you may not know is that there are a lot of side effects to that. You can get headaches, your skin is very dry, you’ll lose energy, and it boosts your cognitive skills. Drinking water is also key to weight management.

Get started drinking more water by keeping a pitcher in the fridge, use pre-measured water bottles, and experiment with putting fruit or even drink seltzer.

If you drink caffeinated beverages, they are dehydrating, so experiment to find the cutoff for drinking them and switching to water.

Bottom line: drink up!
