VALENTINE’S DAY: Here’s What Moms Actually Want

Hey, moms: What do you want for Valentine’s Day. Don’t be shy -- we all know it’s not candy or flowers. It’s alone time, right? Not alone time with your partner or quality time with your kids ... which are great, of course. But let's get real. What you want is uninterrupted, indulgent time alone to watch what you want, pamper yourself, eat what you want without sharing, and just relax without worrying or catering to anyone else!

Don’t worry, ladies, you’re not alone. According to a new survey by Zulilly, “Me-Time” tops the list of gifts moms want most for Valentine’s Day. Nearly three in four moms said they need at least 13 hours of “me-time” a week to make it through each pandemic day.

It’s no wonder. Between cooking, cleaning, home-schooling, shopping, working, cleaning more, shopping more, and putting out the day-to-day fires of life, asking for a little over an hour a day to unwind isn’t much. So save your money on jewelry and perfume and give mom the gift of time alone! (SWNS)
