Here’s some good news forLady Gaga.As we told you, two of her French Bulldogs, Koji and Gustav, were stolen last week in a violent attack, where their dog walkerRyan Fischerwas shot. Well, the dogs have now been returned.
According to police, a woman, described as a good Samaritan, found the dogstied upin an alley, and recognized them due to the media attention. She then turned them in at an LAPD police station. Police do not believe she had any involvement in the dognapping.
Gaga, who is in Italy, reportedly cried “tears of joy” when she heard the news. So far the shooters are still on the loose and an investigation is underway.TMZreports that cops think the dognappers may not have actually been targeting Gaga, since her dogwalker was at a store seven blocks away from her home just before the altercation. Cops think someone may have seen the dogs and determined the breed, which is why they were taken.
- Gaga offered a $500,000 reward for the return of her dogs, and the good Samaritan is allegedly going to get it. Before news of their return hit, Gaga did break her silence on dognapping, writing, “My beloved dogs Koji and Gustav were taken in Hollywood two nights ago. My heart is sick and I am praying my family will be whole again with an act of kindness.” She also shared a message to her dog walker, noting, “I continue to love you Ryan Fischer, you risked your life to fight for our family. You’re forever a hero.”
