Most People Have "let Themselves Go" During The Pandemic

A newsurveyfound that 46% said they were definitely not the best version of themselves over the last year. Of those, 60% said they gained weight, 53% said they ate unhealthy foods, 49% said they drank too much, 49% said they lost touch with family and friends, 46% said they stopped wearing makeup or shaving, 43% said they stopped grooming themselves on a daily basis, and 38% started smoking again.

Maybe that’s why the same survey found that 68% said they plan to improve themselves (both mentally and physically) when the pandemic finally ends.
