Parents, Watch Out For "Screen Stacking"

How many screens do your kids juggle? A newstudyfrom the University of Leicester in England, found that once the school day is over, two-thirds of kids spend their evenings and weekends staring at up to four screens at once. Researchers say this trend of “screen stacking” can negatively affect their health, leading to diseases of a sedentary lifestyle like diabetes and obesity as well as poor sleep.
