American workers are among the most stressed in the world.
A Gallup poll found U.S. and Canadian workers ranked highest for daily stress levels. About 57-percent say they felt stress on a daily basis.
That's up eight-percent from where it was last year. For all the workers around the world, 43-percent say they feel stress that often.
The interesting take away? It's mostly women driving the higher numbers in the U.S. and Canada. About 62-percent of them report daily feelings of stress, where it's only 52-percent for men. The difference in he two is women working and being family caregivers.
The study notes that well being coaching at work would go a long way in helping, with some companies taking that lead.
