Most Companies Clueless To How Miserable Employees Really Feel


While “The Great Resignation” continues, it appears that many bosses are feeling blindsided by the dissatisfaction that their employees are feeling.Bloombergreports that Microsoft surveyed global workers and found that the majority are struggling or barely surviving -- while the leaders say they are “thriving.”

It isn’t just about the discrepancy in salaries, though. Some employees are suffering from burn-out – a side effect of their vanishing co-workers – while others are simply frustrated at their efforts being overlooked and underappreciated. The new remote work environment has also resulted in managers feeling as if they have access to their staff at all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, there is no blanket solution to the problem
