Study Says Too Much Free Time Is bad For Your Mental Health


Lots of us long for more free time, but it seems that, like most things, too much isn’t good for us. According to astudyfrom the University of Pennsylvania, having too much free time is almost as damaging to your mental health as having too little free time. Basically, being bored all the time is as damaging as being busy all the time.
