‘The Conjuring’ House in Rhode Island Is Asking $1.2 Million


The real-life haunted house featured in the 2013 movie "The Conjuring" is up for sale. Although the modest home touts just three bedrooms and only one-and-a-half bathrooms, apparently the current owners think the creepy residence's dark past has increased its value. They've listed the property for $1.2 million. The house -- built in Burrillville, Rhode Island back in 1836 -- didn't appear in the film; but itisthe actual home in which the Perron family suffered from a decade of paranormal activity in the 1970s, according to the current owners.
