Walking your dog each day will go a long way to maintain cognitive stability.
Researchers at the University of Washington are saying dogs that live inactive lives are 6.47 times more likely to develop canine cognitive dysfunction.
Over 15,000 dogs were studied nationwide from late October to December of 2020.
Scientists studying the disorder, which is similar to Alzheimer’s disease in humans, say that more research into the condition in dogs could lead to breakthroughs for humans.
Exercise plays a huge role in overall health, so lets all go for a walk.
