Tori Spelling Seen Livid Outside Lawyer’s Office Amid Custody/Asset Talks

It looks like Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott really are getting a divorce, and things are getting messy. Spelling was spotted looking livid outside an attorney’s office in Los Angeles on Monday.

In paparazzi photos, Spelling can be seen shouting angrily into her phone in full court glam. She’s holding a legal pad, which, upon closer inspection, notes a 3pm reminder related to “custody,” “support” and “assets” talks.

All signs point to a divorce and custody battle, although Spelling and McDermott have done what they could to fend off rumors about their troubled marriage. For the record, McDermott didn’t seem to be at the lawyer’s office with her.

Alicia Silverstone has been single since she and her husband of 13 years, Christopher Jarecki, broke up in 2018. Now that’s she’s ready for love again, she can’t seem to catch a break. She opened up about being kicked off the same dating app not once, but twice.

The “Clueless” star said she initially got on the unnamed site with a fake profile. “I wasn’t comfortable yet being me,” she told Drew Barrymore. ‘I got kicked off. I got banned.” Once she heard that both Drew and Sharon Stone were on the site, she got the courage to try again.

“I went on as myself and it took a lot of courage to do it,” Alicia said. “I had a date with someone planned and the day I went in to find out about the date where we were meeting or whatever, I had been banned…I got kicked off as myself, too.”

Katie Couric Admits She Shouldn’t Have Left NBC

Katie Couric is opening up about her move from NBC to CBS back in 2006. Speaking to “People” about her bombshell memoir “Going There,” the TV veteran says she might not make the same decision again if she had the chance.

After 15 years at “Today,” Couric joined CBS Evening News as the first solo female anchor of a major network nightly news broadcast – just in time to save their ratings. At the time, she says it felt like a “new challenge” that she “owed to womankind.” While it was “an incredible growth experience” for her, she says she wouldn’t have left NBC “if I knew then what I know now.”

"I'm not sure if the country was ready for a female anchor — maybe they weren't just ready for me as a female anchor because of their perceptions of me," Couric adds. "But I really went there to say a woman can do this job with confidence and competence, and that's really what motivated my decision."

Thomas Markle Threatens Lawsuit To See Grandkids

Thomas Markle isn’t standing down to Meghan Markle’s silent treatment. He’s continuing to talk to the press about her and Prince Harry, and now suggests that he could sue them for keeping him away from his grandchildren Archie and Lilibet.

Appearing on “Good Morning Britain,” Thomas said he’s been told by “several lawyers” in California that he would come out victorious if he took legal action. But he insists he’d wait to bring things to court, saying that’d make him a hypocrite to do “the same thing Meghan and Harry are doing.”

Still, Thomas thinks it’s “childish” of Meghan to ghost him – and he says she’s doing it to “both side” of the family, despite reports that Meghan’s mom Doria Ragland has been plenty of help with the kids. “I don’t want to include my grandchildren in this situation,” he adds. “I don’t want hostile parents when seeing my grandchildren, so I’ll wait.”Check out a clip to the right.

Leggings Landed Kate Beckinsale In An Ambulance

Kate Beckinsale is warning folks about the dangers of leggings. Appearing on “The Late Late Show,” the actress remembered the time a pair of leggings landed her in an ambulance.

Beckinsale was putting on a pair of leggings while filming “Prisoner’s Daughter” in Las Vegas, Nevada. Suddenly, she heard a snapping sound “like a guitar string” and felt pain “worse than having a baby.” The pain was so bad she couldn’t walk, sit or even lie down… so she had an ambulance bring her to the hospital.

“I couldn’t walk, I couldn’t lie down, I couldn’t sit down, I couldn’t do anything,” she recalled. “Eventually an ambulance came and they sort of rolled out a sheet and picked me up in it like a sort of sausage, and put me on gurney.”

Miley Cyrus Jokes That She And Machine Gun Kelly Are The Same Person

Miley Cyrus and Machine Gun Kelly had a fun exchange on social media which ended in Miley suggesting they were the same person.

The exchange was sparked by MGK’s recent British “GQ” cover story with girlfriend Megan Fox in which she suggested that he smells like weed and he proclaimed “I am weed." Well, that statement prompted Miley to post a photo of herself, also declaring “I am weed,” and MGK replying “See I’m not the only one.”

“We may actually be the same person,” Miley replied. “Have we ever been seen at the same place @ the same time? & yes that means Megan Fox is my gf too.”

Meghan McCain Talks Toxic Environment At “The View”

Meghan McCain’s decision to leave “The View” didn’t come easy. Ratings peaked during her four years on the ABC daytime talk show, but ultimately it was the show’s toxic environment that saw her quit the panel.

In hernew memoir, “Bad Republican,” McCain says she felt backed into a corner on “The View,” like she couldn’t say or do anything without someone at the show leaking stories about her being “cold” or “difficult.” Eventually, the toxicity took a toll on her, especially after welcoming her daughter Liberty.

McCain doesn’t just blame producers for “outnumbering” her as the only Republican staffer by sticking her with topics that “made Democrats look bad.” She also says there was “toxic, direct and purposeful hostility” from Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar. Sure, it’s “just a TV show,” and she’s not “some delicate flower,” but after four years McCain says she just “didn’t have the emotional bandwidth anymore.”

“Squid Game” Is A Money Maker For Netflix

Netflix's hit show "Squid Game" is reportedly worth almost 900-million-dollars in "impact value."

This comes after the show became the company's biggest series launch ever, generating over 111-million viewers since being released on September 17th. Impact value is an internal metric used by Netflix to value a show based on different benchmarks.

Squid Game is a dystopian series that follows fictional contestants as they play a series of children's games to win a large sum of money or die trying.

The buzz now, thanks to this tidbit about impact value, is that this may be how the streamer ranks its programming.
