Water is vital to our existence since our bodies are at least 60-percent water.

Honestly, it’s easy to blow off drinking enough water. Maybe it’s because we don’t realize things like our brain being 80-percent water! Here are five things that happen to our body when we don’t drink enough water:

  • Weight gain. We lose energy without water and seek out sugar to help
  • Headaches
  • Low energy
  • Skin issues
